How to use it

Will two to four weeks produce enough samples?
- 0: occasional
- 1: weekly
- 2: daily or every business batch

Knowledge readiness
Are rules, sources, versions, and exceptions traceable?
- 0: mostly tacit
- 1: documents exist but versions are messy
- 2: rules and exceptions are traceable

Controllable risk
Can the workflow stop, be reviewed, roll back, and preserve evidence?
- 0: failure is irreversible
- 1: a person can review
- 2: the process can stop and recover safely

Can someone decide rules, coordinate people, and own the result?
- 0: no decision owner
- 1: a coordinator exists but responsibility is unclear
- 2: a named owner is accountable
Interpret the total
8–10: suitable for a two-to-four-week pilot with evaluation and handoff.
5–7: repair knowledge, boundary, risk, or ownership before development.
0–4: choose a more measurable first workflow.
