AI Agent Practitioner
Shen Qi documents how AI agents take ownership of real business work through pilot design, evaluation, SOPs, human handoff, and anonymized field cases.

Let agents take more accountable work while people and organizations move forward

I am not building another chatbot. I am testing whether an AI agent can receive work continuously, use tools, deliver an accepted result, remain inside an explicit permission boundary, and transfer complete context when a person must decide.

This site is a public workbench. I document how work boundaries expand, how process speed and delivery quality change, whether customers experience a real improvement, and whether that improvement reaches conversion, revenue, or margin.

All business cases are anonymized. I do not publish company identities, contacts, private messages, prices, routes, or claims that the available evidence does not support.

The first priority is durable, reviewable field content. These are the areas where the method may become useful in a real organization.

Working on an enterprise AI decision?
If the company is choosing a pilot, training a role, organizing knowledge, or connecting an agent to a workflow, email the industry, process, and hardest current uncertainty.
The most useful first message includes the industry, the role or process, and one decision that currently feels blocked.
